The kid looks acrobatic but can he start our sets off with some punch ? Can he defend ? I can't see him making first grade this year unless we get a fair few injuries.

Had a solid game a couple of mistakes but had a proper go, chased the high kick well, and was good in defence. I thought it was a mistake by Benji to play him but he did everything required of him

They should keep him in the team. I reckon Skelton has his pluses but Tavana is a threat in the air and he can finish. Benji made a great call in picking him and I hope he stays.

Skelton reminds me of Mamalo, big powerful unit who can score a try, but his fundamentals are non-existent.

I think he "monstered up" really well....on debut his early mistakes didnt unsettle him, he wasnt intimidated by RTS or anyone else and made himself a real physical.presence out there. Our pathways program seems to be ripening well

He's the first winger we've had since Josh Addo-Carr who has a real point of difference. I know his work out of our end still needs some work but when you're such an aerial threat it makes up for it. I'm glad the club took a chance on him as he was a high risk but high reward type player and I dont think past coaches would have. Please upgrade and extend, with another full pre season he will become a real weapon. We dont beat the Eels without him.
