They put 40 on roosters last week who only managed 1 try....and compare our squad to theirs....

Walker can’t start. He is better for us after 30 mins when he can ball play.

Russell is our best again this week.

It’s like we are scared to get in the arm wrestle. We were in most games last year until late when lack of class got us beat. Not so far this year.

We are defensively awful in behind the ruck. Namely Jack Williams. Move the ball to one side of him then come back the other. As the ball goes past he turns and runs sideways facing the sideline. He so often gets caught out when the ball comes back because he has to turn and can’t fill his hole. If he does get back then it’s a quick play the ball and we are on the back foot.

Pezet doesn’t impress me and never has tbh.

I like the 12. He is pretty good and getting better.

Worrying times for Ryles. We are not good but should be better than what we have shown after four games no matter what the results. Chalk and cheese in attitude compared to last year.

Basically, the game is too fast for us. When the game slows down we play better but once the tempo goes up, we struggle
