Hello sport podcast run by two Moanly die hards called out our supporters as embarrassing. f**k me, talk about glass houses. Brookvale hill is a zoo of cretins, creeps and merkins

I believe someone posted their recent post in another thread and this guy calls out those two Eels supporters Deadsh*ts, FMD this guy sounds like he's on his 18th Jack Daniels lol.

Also with Apa debuting thats 6 players now from our successful 2023 SG ball side that have gone onto play in the NRL.

Not a bad strike rate to be honest.

3 of them are still at the Eels!
Apa Guymer Sam

Its pretty good theyre still at the club, any others still running around here yet to debut?

The thing with Hawko was he knew his capabilities & limitations and works hard. Pezet is just trying stuff out at Parra. He plays like Paul Carage.
Yes he just did what was required , but had enough about him that he could do it well. Even Dejarn was improving week on week when we punted him year before . Either one would’ve been a much better option until we could manufacture a better long term solution. No matter which way you assess the Peasant appointment , it’s hard not to think Ryles friendship with Anasta played a part in some form.

Hopefully it’s a learning curve for Ryles. One thing it has done is buy Ryles a free pass on NRL 360. Anasta picked apart every struggling coach and underperforming players last night expect Ryles and his boy wonder.

So WTF is wrong with Pissant? Just gaining some momentum and he kicks on the second tackle. That has to be one of the most brain dead plays Ive seen in my life. Time to call him a fail and move on.

Was a rush of blood and a shit play - but I think people forget the kid has played 15 games in his career. Expect mistakes. I’d rather he make them trying something out of the ordinary.

anyway, he’s out injured now so let’s see who steps up.

It’s like he’s there trying to practise training drills on the run. Playing like a dude on a gap year with little consequence. He knows he’s not gong to be playing in September and has no long term investment in our success . playing him in front of guys contracted for our future actually sends a poor message to the playing group when he’s been so poor.
a little Bulldogs / Galvinesque circa 2025 maybe ?

Dare I say , even Jake Arthur had him covered from what we’ve witnessed so far 😜😂

He could be a damn nice kid who trains his arse off for all we know. it’d be very hard leaving your club to plonk into another clubs system, and trying to keep your development progressing. I don’t think Moses would be the easiest of characters to gel with either. His persona seems like it’d be more intimidating than welcoming on the paddock. Just due to how intense he seems . So a kid out of his comfort zone may struggle .
Which is more the reason why his signings such a head scratcher.

4 tries to 3, we should have won that.

We missed 3 conversions, and if we get just one, we don't go to golden point

Bad kicking is bad football
Yeah its a dagger to the heart.

We pay Moses 1.2mill and he cant kick a goal from a sideline when he had 3 cracks in a close game.

These are the games we need value for money to get us home otherwise what else we paying him for.

Despite everything that went on i thought we were brave in the last quarter of the game.

We had Smith at 5/8, Williams playing centre when rusty went off and Twidle on the wing for the last 25 mins.

But we also played dumb in the first 55 mins that let the Tigers get 8 in front. We were up 10-0 and gave them too many stupid looks they didnt need. The dumb mistakes we made let the tigers back in was unforgiveable.

How do you do a Ben Hunt from the kick off in 2026 then back it up with loose carry from a basic 1st tackle hitup 10 mins later its unforgiveable from a 200+ gamer.

And in the end if our main man landed 1 conversion we probably have 1 of our most courageours wins in a long time.

In the end we finish as losers and the conseqence will be the double fail next week against GC with a weakend side.

It’s accurate though, great player but f**k his constant whinging about everything shits me, I can only imagine how fans of anyone else must feel. If you want to be this kind of player you need to go watch the shit eating Cameron Smith and how he handled the refs.
I sort of agree Moses is too busy worried about the ref atm and its distracting him.

I would rather he be more focused on his goal kicking then touching the ref every time a call doesnt go our way and not challenge it. Its just wasted energy.

Its cost us 2 points today despite all the calls we didnt get our way. We win that game if nails his conversions and that was the difference.

Agree...where's the improvement?
Where's the indications as a team as a club we are moving forward and there is genuine hope?
We will finish bottom 4.
We will battle it out with Dragons, Titans, Manly and Warriors.
We are cooked. The road ahead in the foreseeable future doesn't look rosy at all.
Ryles as a coach hasn't had any pull in attracting players either.
His pressers dont offer me confidence. They offer me more despair. I really want to like the bloke and given him time but sorry im not convinced....it will end in tears for him if he doesn't get results. Last yr was a free pass, this yr expectation was to make the 8. Next year make further impressions.
Top 8 looks like a very forlorn hope already...
I have massive issues atm with the game plan.

One out stuff from our own end where we are getting bullied continously every week. That leaves us kicking from inside our 30 a lot of the time.

For starters we need to run angles better with what we have especially with a smaller pack.

Also park the offloads in the first 20 mins ffs

It didnt cost us today but Kelma's in the first 5 mins on 2nd tackle just as we got over halfway was unforgiveable. And left us defending for the next 5 mins when we had a chance instead to lay the platform and win the territory early.

It was never on and that comes back to coaching drilling in the guys to get the first 20 mins of our game set up correctly.

Atm your more chance of winning of playing the completions early and letting the rest take care of it itself especially with the 6 agains.

Let him learn those mistakes at Brisbane, if we are gunna give a rookie a go surely it’s one that we will get something out of??

always was an utterly braindead decision to sign this bloke.

He's honestly just using this season to see what he can get away with.

His cushy role starts next season, with the 2025 Premiers.

For all his talk, Pezet is not focused on the Eels - he could not care less.

So, he goes out there, and tries stupid plays, because he has a fat contract for next year.

Time to call this experiment a failure, and cut him loose.

I hear NSW Cup needs a half.

Jake defended better, and had a real dig.

Pezet defends terribly, and offers nothing with the ball.

Tbh, Moses needs to shoulder some blame, here - as the captain, and senior half, he should have stamped his authority on the game sooner.

But we know that he is not capable of that ...
