Yes dragons need both venues updated especially WIN - both upgrades are on the cards. Then play 8 games at the new WIN, 1 at kogarah as a heritage round, and 3 at Allianz against Souths, roosters, bulldogs.

With some on field success no reason why the Allianz games can’t average 30k, WIN averages 16-18k and kogarah a sellout at 17k.

edit - the above scenario would result in dragons having a 20k + average for the year. Could be higher in really good years. Exactly where we want to be.

The more I think about it the more it makes sense to play the majority of home games a year in Wollongong and play 3-4 home games a year at Allianz. You could even sell 5-6 game Allianz memberships with away games to South Sydney and the Roosters.
It's such a simple solution too. With 8 games at Wollongong, you get locals there more invested. It's not some Sydney club, it's theirs.

Theoretically, if you could get the Tigers and Sharks to play a home game at Allianz against the Dragons, you can sell 8 game Sydney memberships for the Dragons at the one venue (4 home, 4 away). With reciprocal rights for all club members, I think you'd initially get 25-30k. But after 10 years of that ground rationalisation/centralisation, it would be constant sell outs for those matches as you'd be pulling 20k Dragons & 20k away support (Rabbitohs, Tigers, Roosters, Sharks).

The Dragons would be averaging 20-25k as a club. More with great on field success.

Unclear if a temporary measure / issue, but Away GA is sold out / unavailable for tomorrow night's clash between Canterbury and Penrith at Accor Stadium.

Bays 105-109 and 127-134-1 are virtually sold out.

I think we will see a healthy ~25k crowd.

The crowds from 90% of teams are really surprising me (positively) this year. Last week I would have thought this would be sub 20k.

Away GA back on sale now...

Aaron Warburton on SEN a couple of days ago said this game was tracting higher than our game against Newcastle with sales so expecting 20K +

It's sad that I saw $14 for a hotdog, chips and drink and thought that's actually not bad.
That is slated as a kids combo. Even though i haven't bought chips or a hot dog there this year ( only a four and twenty pie which is $ 6.70 ) from memory last year the stadium dog was i think $6.70 and a small chips was $6 so if those prices are correct as of this year that is not a really good deal, as i said i have not bought chips or a hot dog there this year so not a 100% certain of the prices but the four and twenty pie is the same price as last year.

Feels like Perth Double Header is selling better than last year's match, though the selling style is different.

Last year on Level 3 & 5 in the TV arc they let people buy almost anywhere, which created the very spread out seating we all saw. This year they've being selling row by row from the front, which will see a greater concentration.

In Bays 539 - 547, pretty much all seats from rows 1 - 14 have gone, whilst in 548 - 550, 501 & 536 - 538 they've sold the first 12 (these bays have 22 rows)

In Bays 338 - 352, all rows have been sold, whilst as they wrap around the corners, they're selling into row 14. Additional bays on Level 1 on the non-TV side have been put on sale and are moving.

It includes a soft drink, which is $6.50 on its own at the ground. $14 for what is normally almost $20 ($19.20) is as generous as you'll ever get from Merivale.

It actually says water , no mention of a soft drink, think the water is about $5 or $ 5.50, it also slates it a kids combo, i suppose you are saving around $4 or so but can an adult access the $14 deal . To me the deal while you save a few dollars is not actually a great deal. Mind you Merivale may have jacked up their prices again considering what has happened over the last month ( nothing would surprise me with Merivale), i noticed KFC have already jacked up their prices.
