Please let’s not let injuries deviate the crisis that his happening at the moment, many teams have injuries but also have intestinal fortitude to overcome their circumstances.

Continually picking guys that dont put in effort to turn and chase a break or slide across to help your halfback make a tackle has me worried that Ryles isnt going to be here long term...

I could give a f**k if you are missing tackles as long g as tou are putting in that effort to attempt to make a tackle...

To many times today we had players just watching their "team mate" do the work.

I think it was the first try when Moses missed the tackle Kelma couldn't be f**ked to slide across and make a tackle.

When they scored from the Volkman bomb where they ran 100m Pauloa and KK both did sweet f**k all to plug the hole.

I agree there was plenty of arrogance from Ryles early on despite achieving sweet f**k all in the coaching world.

Yeah he has come in beating his chest about if players don't want to be here they can F off. With Lomax bailing and DeBelin coming in and not really putting in, plus all those dudes who went limp (Lane, Matterson etc) I am now thinking he just isn't a coach that the players will respond to very positively.
On a different topic, it was a huge blunder to give Lomax that initial release.

Yep. Today's game was an atrocious performance. Having the Titans put 50 on us is horrible. Its like being beaten in a fight with Steve Urkel.

Dylan Brown another elite player also left and was playing much better footy for both NZ and Knights than he did under Ryles

losing the middle is leading to us fatiguing at a far quicker rate than our opponents, which in turns leads to those lazy efforts, lop sided possession, bad decisions, errors etc

question is, can we find a combination of players that can win the middle? or is this terminal

Yeah our starters (eg Williams, Tuilagi, Kautoga) would be bench forwards at other clubs.

They all played well last year.

From our backline Papalii, Nanva, Kelly, Volkman wouldn’t even be in first grade.

Those four aren't in our top 17.

Agreed. Injuries have ruined our season. The fans are all demoralised and so are the players.
