Agree. Liddle starts and Cook uses his speed at the 30 min mark then Liddle comes back on for last 20 mins.
Cook at centre, or lock when Liddle comes on is just dumb.

I love Liddle coming off the bench when the game opens up

if u go back and watch the game and others this year Cookie has very sharp passing to start the game and much better than Liddles passing game

what I see from Lids is still quite clunky passing from dummy half but his other attributes are very strong in the running the ball and creating impact in the open parts of the game

I think the win win is extending minutes for Liddle in the open parts of the game ie after 20mins or so of first half is where he has his impact

Harry Grant maybe runs straight once from dummy half in the first 20mins ?

maybe the biggest question is if we don’t sign cookie for small $ 2027 to combo with Liddle who are the no9 options for us in 2027 or 2028

How come every other club has 2nd rowers that can slot in at centre but ours can't?
I feel like there is no versatility in our squad and they are if heaven forbid they have to do something different they have no adaptability.
Everything needs to change or we simply won't be able to compete in any game.

We used to, and not that long ago. Tom Eisenhuth, Joel Thomson, Will Matthews, Jake Marketo, Jackson Ford all had a go at centre at different times, with varying degrees of success. You'd think Luc would be able to handle it, given his brother was a pretty fair centre.

0.7 this week the same shit no attack and no defence and same team selection boring . The Nsw cup Dragons would be a better game to watch and support for the rest of the season .

Cook is not a centre and never will be. His defence is good in the middle but out wide he has trouble laterally. H.Stuart would be better but I would rather a youngster from reserve grade.
