LOL
Majority of the side don’t give a shit about 1986 or the rivalry or the badge. It is being drummed into them artificially..

Back in the 80s there was not only genuine rivalry , but loyalty and passion . Traits long gone in today’s game

Today is a business , we need to get players fitter, stronger, better mentally prepared..Telling players to fire up , show something, on a lame podcast is nothing but laughable

After proving himself incapable of moving laterally or being in a position to make two tackles in a row multiple times over the last couple of weeks alone, the fact that Jack Williams finds himself on an edge is just insane to me. I care not for the injury list. It’s just insane.

I think the TCT guys do a lot of good work and perform a valuable service, but jeez this is a bit embarrassing.

“You don’t make a decision when you don’t fight, but when you fight, that’s a decision you make.”

Sorry, what?
Imagine relying on this dufus during a zombie apocalypse.

Pryke as been good defensively Toni runs well makes meters defensive will be an issue.

No worse then Kelma or KKs. Both good for a letting in a clean line break a game and two dropped balls.
People rave when they break the line or a good offload. 1 step forward and two step back type of players.
Pick your best defenders and then build from that. Trying to play razzle dazzle with low skill players is fools gold. They can't catch and pass and lack the speed and agility to do this.
This side I dont mind for the weekend.

Our backs are as what many picked for rnd 1.
Pezet / Volkman is debatable who offers this side more.
Kelma and KK out is a possitive. Untill they can fix their errors and lazy defense. To often Kelma doesn't even turn and chase. Stands their like a statue.

Id rather we start De Bellin at lock over Walker. For his defense. Its mind boggling why Ryles thinks Walker starting is better.

Our biggest losses are Tuivati, Hopgood and Ionghi. The rest are NSW cup players being replaced with whats debateable better or worse Nsw cup players. SO no excuses this weekend. We should be competing

Yes. He was killing it.And one of our best. But he is still a NSW cup player and probably in a purple patch. 4 good games is nothing. Shaun Lane did it for almost 2 full season. If Doorey maintained that level for a full season id be stoked but he hasn't yet and has shown promise before then turned to shit. What makes you think it wouldnt happen again? Plus it's easy to stand out when the rest of the forwards are playing soft.

Matalele might hit a purple patch and suprise us all. He always had promise

I never said he was an elite player, but the minutes he's been on the field this year with tuivati have been the only times when we haven't been cut to ribbons up the middle.

He's 25 with 50 games exp, maybe it's just his time. A late bloomer
