24-16, Raiders. 58 mins gone. Gee, the Storm are in the doldrums and they don't have us to pick them up!

...Raiders take the two, 26-16, 70 mins.

A quote from the LU live blog:

"Bellamy looks like he's been dragged along to a dinner where all the people are talking about what happened in a reality TV show, and he's got no idea what they're talking about."

Craig, what happened? Has he suddenly become yesterday's man in six months? This happens to players, as we know, but coaches?

Warbrick dies with the ball in the 5th tackle and 1 minute to go. Game over.
Warbrick has been one of Melbourne’s best but not enough desperation on the 5th tackle

26-22, Canberra. Final.

I think I heard correctly that that's Bellamy's first time losing five in a row?

However, the Storm weren't too bad. It was a cliffhanger. They lost. We expect them to win.

Oh, OK, the Dolphins have come back from 18-0 down to draw level with the mighty Panthers, on the hour mark in Darwin.

Maybe the heat's got to Penrith.

Katoa is a wonderful player, but with scores tied right near the end of regular time and twice in golden point, the Dolphins had the Panthers going backwards on defense near the halfway mark on tackle 3 and instead of next man quickly up the guts, Katoa ran sideways to pass to a player cutting back in for no yardage gain and momentum all lost. Warriors would have got into perfect field goal position each and every time in that scenario (with Erin Clarke or Ford 4th tackle up the guts).

But then, of course, we would have missed the field goal anyway lol.

Almost a perfect night of footy....would have been so good if Melbourne and Penrith had both lost and Tigpies ended the Weeknd top of the table (with us 2nd equal).
