The loss hurts, but it still feels like we are on the up. That Brisbane team despite weakened probably beats a lot of teams tonightAs it deserves to be. The team is playing some great football and whilst it was unfortunate they still lack the ability to find a way to win games like tonight, they are definitely going to win more than they lose this year playing this way.
In 2019 the highest round was 149k. It's crazy how quickly things have come.104k across the first six games - 46k combined tomorrow at Allianz & Commbank would get us to 150k for the round. Still likely to be the lowest round so far (R3 - 159k) but excellent regardless.
It's a shame the capacity of Campbelltown Stadium has been capped at 17400.
Quick counts: In 2019 we had 34 crowds under 10k. In 2022 we had 36 of them.In 2019 the highest round was 149k. It's crazy how quickly things have come.
NRL crowds just keep getting better30 minutes till kick off at CommBank, less than 1,000 tickets left at the venue.

Wow that’s an excellent effort considering cost of living / pricing concerns, and the Eels’ form/ladder position.30 minutes till kick off at CommBank, less than 1,000 tickets left at the venue.

Largest crowd for a Roosters vs Knights match during the regular season in Sydney (comfortably eclipsing the previous best crowd of 17,353 at the old SFS in 1997)
This is exactly why Allianz should be used for more teams instead of dilapidated suburban venues like Shark Park and Kogarah.Wow, excellent stuff from the Roosters. They have established such a good baseline for crowd attendance and Allianz really is a fantastic home ground.
I can't believe I actually agree with you on something lol. This is exactly why Allianz should be used for more teams instead of dilapidated suburban venues like Shark Park and Kogarah.

But yes, Allianz benefits because its the city and easy to get to mostly. If you're the Dragons and you're only getting 8000 at Kogarah, moving it to where it's easier for people across the city to access makes complete sense.
