Dogs are never easy beats for us, though its good to see the apparent rtn of some faces to the jets lineup this week which should add some strength.

We need a win this weekend.

Just got home from work 2TB. Sipping on a cold Tooheys Old and waiting patiently for some good news. Hopefully the Berries can be put in their place and the Henson faithful return to that winning feeling.

Hows that Tooheys old now brother. Jets score again thanks to Micky ' The henson man of the match machine " PAEA going over 5 to 10 from the corner with about 5 defenders in front of him like a bulldozer.

Yeah he has been good in the games I have seen thus far mate. He always gives 110 percent even when playing nswrl etc. I like that in him and it does not go missed by the jets faithful either I reckon. same with Meredith mate.

Waiting for the soft let in try at the moment, though jets are a lot stronger side than the one that took on norths last week mate.

Though Captain Anderson is still absent, which is a worry but good to get some faces back.

PS... For and Against has proven itself to be everything in a close comp like this one, and no doubt will again mate. I agree. lets pump it up for sure. This one looks positive and was a must win game for both sides, so no doubt Bulldogs are tryin hard, we are just better mate. all good.

well we kept em scoreless no doubt mate. seems like 32 nil at fulltime, though I will confirm when the old girl ( the other part of 2 true blues, me mum ) gets back no doubt from cheering the lads off the field at the exit fence in front of the grandstand.

Good win though. For and against is awesome.


You know I dont think I can recall the Jets ever havin beaten another NSWRL cup side by zero since year 2000. Nor having lost one themselves by that zero (not able to score amount mate. ) So defence is VERY strong this year. And the BEST by far after 7 rounds than any other club. The strike power is also awesome. We look good mate in the centenary year still for sure.


So not a bad effort all in all mate.

Best defence still retained and must be close ( though other teams still to play ) to the best attack thus far after 7 rounds in the NSWRL comp.

Good result mate. The crowd was in the thousands apparently too.

great to hear we won so well. I was looking out for you over the weekend Greg as I was on the gold coast. I did see a kid wearing a jets shirt on the saturday, his dad was wearing a bulldogs shirt!

Definitely not me DHPTJF! My young bloke often wears his Jets polo shirt with " Henson Park" and "7" on the back. As for myself Im usually in one of my Jets jerseys or singlet. Mind you I'm quite intrigued that there may be another bluebag supporter on the Coast. Sounds like this kids dad needs to be re-educated.
