ANOTHER INJURY SETBACK FOR VODAFONE WARRIORS

Utililty Aidan Kirk has has been ruled out of the Vodafone Warriors' eighth-round NRL clash against Canberra at Mt Smart Stadium tomorrow (Sunday).
The 22-year-old had been selected for his second first-grade appearance as a replacement for injured leading try-scorer Manu Vatuvei.
But Kirk pulled up with a hamstring strain at an opposed training session against the Vodafone Junior Warriors on Thursday night.
His setback leaves the Vodafone Warriors with just 16 fully fit players in their 25-man NRL squad at the moment. The others on the casualty list at the start of the week were Steve Price, Wade McKinnon, Ruben Wiki, Manu Vatuvei, Jerome Ropati, Patrick Ah Van, Sonny Fai and Herman Retzlaff.
Coach Ivan Cleary isn't yet able to name Kirk's replacement.

You obviously missed the classic thread whereby some Raider fans wanted us all to feel for their injury ridden club hence the tongue in cheek post here that has netted a bite or two.

I don't think injuries are a funny part of the game though they are part of the game and clubs and their fans (well most fans) live with it.

Aside from the fact thats simply not the case. Any thread ive commented on Buderus is was a thread about him, ive offered opinions on him, dont think ive taken a pot shot as yet this season... this was a thread about injuries, and Deegan couldnt help but put his size 2 foot into the raiders :lol: god knows why he's so obsessed with us but he is.
