Dobson is a much better ESL player than NRL. I'd rather sign Mathew Head than wait for Dobbo for grow up.

The thing that really bothers me is what happen if Carney gets injured.......(f**k i hope not ) what do we do then - move Withers to 7 if herbert isn't fit? that would equal season over.

Sure the club is saving 100k by letting him go but it's not like we can buy someone else with the money mid season. I think we should have kept him for the rest of the season as insurance...

I also don't think the NRL did the right thing by getting rid of reserve grade - you can't keep a player like dobbo playing in the qld cup - no wonder he wanted to leave

I've got high hopes for the bloke, but he could end up being Matthew Head Part II. I don't think the kid has strung together more than half a dozen games since SG Ball.

Yea I agree, Picker organizes the u20 side very nicely just wouldn't want him promote atm.
