Why don't we get rid of Lowrie??
Who'd want him ?

El Diablo, I have to ask, you claim today that:-
1) he still hasn't signed so you can still live in hope if you wish too
+ Yet you have absolutely no source, or knowledge if this is the case - or to back up your theory - and don't copy articles written yesterday or the day before. Last night Manly registered contracts - YOU look for the article on Chris Bailey etc if you want.
what :?2) You wrote: "Well they asked him to take into account all that had been done for him in the past. obviously he showed no gratitude".
+ Again, a straight slander, and 100% opinion. Do you know the facts? If he showed no gratitude would he be in the team right now?
when? You deleted posts I have written, that had author, date and article in them because they mentioned your precious Parra, and you suggested they were deleted because "I" was making allegations - they were direct cut and pastes from articles mate (also - you wanted the direct link - even though it was obvious they were written by the media).
what have i made up :?Then you come out, make stuff up, slander the poor young guy Williams for looking at greener pastures - but that is satisfactory?
i think you need to backup your claims before going off your titCome on mate. As a moderator, you should look at things in a balanced way. Not only from Parramatta's perspective. Be a little bit fair, and open to views that differ to your own.
EELS DISAPPOINTED AT WILLIAMS DECISION
4.48pm, Tuesday 27 May 2008
Pirtek Parramatta Eels Chief Executive Denis Fitzgerald has expressed his extreme disappointment at the loss of Toyota Cup player Tony Williams.
The Cabramatta junior, who has featured in every one of the Eels Toyota Cup matches this season, this week agreed to a three year deal with the Manly club.
We made Tony a very competitive offer which took into account his undoubted potential, Eels CEO Denis Fitzgerald said.
Our coaches have recognised and nurtured Tonys abilities over the past four years as hes progressed through Parramattas development program, which is the benchmark for all NRL clubs.
Unfortunately Manly have come up with a massive offer, which was about double our offer, and our salary cap prevented us from increasing our bid for a player who is yet to play First Grade.
We came into 2008 with a number of signing priorities, of which Tony was one, but we were not prepared to sacrifice other players who we also needed to re-sign, including Jarryd Hayne, Krisnan Inu, Ben Smith, Brett Finch, and Matthew and Kris Keating.
We are disappointed that Tony and his manager have arrived at this decision but we know he will be doing his best for our Toyota Cup team this year and we wish him well for the future.
and here is the release that made me think he hasn't shown much gratitude

How can he seriously suggest we made a "Competitive offer" when Manly's was reportedly 3 x as high?
And when we asked him if he'd stay if we offered more he told us to get stuffed?
Our offer was "competitive" but we didn't compete!
LOL Fitzy. Not even your public defender Gronk can sway me on this one.
Hey El Diablo. You whinge when a club signs up one of your juniors but your club does the same thing.
It's ok for the Eels to sign juniors from other clubs but it's hands off Eels juniors?
I'm not Fitzy's public defender. I just chip people when they say stupid things. ;-)
yeah, we do it all the time lol
even if Parra do take others juniors at least they put back in by developing them
what do Manly do?
no one has yet been able to tell me if there's more than 4 Manly juniors playing first grade regularly in the entire NRL
Don't try and change the subject? I can assume from your answer that's it's ok for your mob to do it but heaven forbid any club do it to you. You are a hypocrite.
PM Dennis
you're the one who changed the subject to begin with
don't like the truth?
can you also name which juniors we've signed up for 150k?
And when we asked him if he'd stay if we offered more he told us to get stuffed?
i dont get it if he is going to manly why haven't they announced the signing yet?
I CALL SHENANIGANS!
