Aiton has done nothing wrong in terms of who people feel is the best hooker. At the moment Priddo has him covered and will have until the end of the year or whenever he leaves the club. Aiton has more to worry about then trying to take Priddo's mantle - he has to worry about the young up and comer, Masada Iosefa taking his spot as the next in line to the Priddo throne.

And as for my stats, here's the site: http://www.nrlstats.com/
Check it out for yourself if you don't believe me!!!!!!

Well when i do watch it live he never seems to get much time.

Where, at the ground or in front of the TV!! Because if you were at the game, you'd notice how much game time he is getting. If at home, the 10 minutes or so you reckon he is playing, the only reason you don't see him play more is because the rest of the time, you're too busy pulling yourself over those blokes in the gay magazines I've heard you enjoy looking at.;-);-):p:lol::lol:

You wait punk. I have back-up. Paul Aiton doesnt get that much game time.

Punk? That would be a compliment to you pathetic-boy! Rhino gave a link to the stats he got the info from, so he owned your a$$!

Oh, by the way, it doesn't look like your "back-up" has been very successful since currently the vote is going
Priddo - 15
Masa - 4
Aiton - 1 (wonder who that vote was?)

Face facts chump, you've fought a losing battle. Go back to the kindergarten you came out of!

By the way pathetic-boy, please come and say hi to all the guys in bay 32 tonight, or are you running scared now?:lol::lol:

I watch the game LIVE unlike you. You pretend Paul Aiton is on. As if he would play 50 minutes a game. Elliot isnt that smart to put him on more than 10 mins.

At the moment Priddis is still the best. I have only seen bits and pieces of Iosefa and Aiton most definately is not a favourite player of mine due to all his forward passes from dummy half. Priddis is one of my all time favourite Penrith players due to his form prior to Aiton and winning the grand final for us in 2003. On current form he is not as good as back then obviously but still the best man for the job until we ease Iosefa into the team through stints on the bench like Aiton is doing now.

Yes Priddis is still good but some of these younger blokes will have him gone by the end of the year.

My apologies, apparently his contract extension is for three additional years, so it will be to 2013.

Hardluck for him, I felt sorry for him and Jennings, made the victory seem alot less with so many of you players going down.
Good game anyway.

You blokes bag out Aiton. Me, Fibro and Kilkenny are the only ones who give him a wrap. HOW GOOD DID HE PLAY.

I am not prepared to write off a Panther stalwart like Luke Priddisl. For mine he still remains our best hooker, if not affected by injury.

If after this evening, he is going to be ruled out by injury then yes I would agree give Masada his opportunity.

We are clearly not good enough to compete with the top sides, we can no longer kid ourselves. This season we have only secured the two points against sides below us on the table.

On the evidence of this evening, I agree we need to start planning for 2009 and beyond because clearly we are also rans in terms of this season. Sad but true.

Ation was probably our best tonight and will no doubt be in the starting side next week.

Sadly I get the feeling we may have seen the end of Luke Priddis' career at least at the Panthers.

But you must admit. Aiton was the standout tonight. Josh Bateman played well while he was on. Roosters were all over us in defence which didnt help.

I wouldnt say Aiton was a standout. He did good, he always does.

The House was a standout, so was Blair and Lewis is playing well with the No.7 on his back. T showed courage to come back on. Petero a true professional as always. Jennings was on fire until he went down, he will be sorely missed along with Priddo.

Have to give Roons a mention, he played well. That I didnt miss.

Sadly, we continue to delude ourselves and not accept the obvious.'

We are simply not good enough to compete with the top side.

Yeah sure we were galant in defeat, yeah sure some decisions went against us, yeah we suffered injuries which we did not expect but at the end of the day we were simply not good enough.

Seriously, the time is now where the club, the management, the coaching staff and the supporters need to accept we are not good enough.

I am not sure who is left on the open market, and I am not sure how much money we have available to spend but it is obvious to all we need to recruit to fill our deficiencies.

For once I am going to be critical of our management. Pull your finger out.
