Bennett is on the way out and the future coach is getting in his current players ears and trying to entice them not to leave, whilste he and bennett are obviously not getting along. What attitude do you expect the current players to have. Seriously. Plus half of them are leaving and dont gove a f**k about brisbane anymore.

I'm looking forward to seeing Bennett take charge, but I'll be f*cked if I give him all the credit given what Brown is starting to accomplish anyway.

Are you really suggesting that oh mighty WB's players couldnt be bothered lifted for him in the final season he's there? He mustnt have as much respect as people think then? i see Saints lifting for Brown in his last season, what does that say?

Actually I agree with Ribs - Ryles has been the best prop in the game for the most part of this season. Although I do think we've made some pretty good signings for next season.

It was never about Bailey and Ryles. Bull's leaving had nothing to do with Rylsey.
Both are awesome front rowers, and two of the best blokes you could meet.

All I can say is I'm glad we had them for the time did, or still do.

mate I think thats a pretty stupid thing to say. obviously everyone is entitled to an opinion, but FFS. The whole supporter base is excited and there is a buzz around town about him coming. Seriously mate, we have been craving for something different in our club for years now and this is it. The thread is stupid and the person who started it has not even come back to return comment. The bennett factor is massive and its only about time before you jump on it. Just let it be mate.

I personally think he's walking into a dream job with a very long list of well established players, many of them still very young, prepared by one Nathan Brown.

Any success we may have over the next two years will have Brown's name all over it as far as Im concerned.

He had one of the best RL rosters that the game has seen. And he had it for 2-3 seasons, we didn't even get to a Grand Final! I'll credit him with that!

Thats why gets to me the most. We would have won the minor premiership in 05 but were pipped by Parra on for against and nobody credits Brown for that at all. Its amazing that over 26 rounds of the competition that he can have his side on top, but apparently that doesnt count. What you will do though, is judge him completely on one game. That semi. Whatever.

Dont get me wrong, Im as happy as anyone. I just think it would be disrespectful to not give credit where it is due, to Nathan Brown. When people say we will finally get some good juniors its laughable. Brown has made this young team stand up well and Creagh, Setu, Poore, Morris etc can all be credited to Brown's coaching ability. I'll say it again, I think Wayne is walking into a very nicely positioned side.
