quality player who had a quiet game - don't know if i would call him over rated but if he ever goes missing it seems to be in the big games

I don't see how people can say Inglis hasn't shown much in big games, was the churchill medalist in 2007, game 2 origin this year, qld down 1-0, tore Gasnier a new one all the way back to France, if origin isn't a big game I don't know what is....

Aqua duck forgets Turner's pathetic defence, and Thurstons great service that allowed Inglis to run into holes that Peter Peters would have scored length of the field tries on.

Tight games  Inglis hides.

He'll go back to centre next year and fire up. He will be awesome near the flanks - although I think that might mean isolating the other centre/pairing for some time during their games.

Lol @ Thurstans great service. Catch & pass, catch & pass, not too f*cken hard.

Probably more like big games the oppostion does everything it can to stop the left-side getting good ball.

NZ certainly seemed to rush up alot quicker then they did when the ball went right.

I think Inglis can sometimes look ordinary in tight games because he is not a very good dummy-half runner/runner in tight spaces.

Someone like Sam Perrett is great value in these games cos he goes hard running the ball from his own 20. Inglis takes 3 loping strides out of dummy half and submits in the tackle.

Give him even half a chance and Inglis is just about the most dangerous ball-runner in the game, but there are plenty of players better than him at dummy half running, putting momentum into their team's set of 6, etc.

Just a thought.

Very premature.

He was made to look quiet due to a lack of ball. The Roo's rarely went down his flank and opted for Folau who had a very average night at centre proving he is nothing more than a winger.

Give Inglis a hint of room and you're asking for trouble.
