How odd.

Mateo to Boost Eels against Tigers
Following a frustrating few weeks on the sidelines, Feleti Mateo will make his return from injury in tonight's NRL blockbuster between the Tigers and the Eels.
Mateo has been missing from the Eels' line-up since rupturing his bicep against Manly in Round 10 and it's believed the 25-year-old will be named on the bench. It is not yet known which team-mate will make way for the utility.
Earlier this week, Mateo was named in the Wentworthville NSW Cup side.
The Tongan international has been ready to make his return from injury for several weeks but Parramatta coach Daniel Anderson has been reluctant to change the make-up of a side which had been vying for the wooden spoon until five straight wins saw them jump to ninth on the competition ladder.
The snub is believed to have been a source of major frustration for Mateo and it was rumoured he was looking to leave Parramatta with one season remaining on his current contract.

Josh Masood stated on the Big Sports Breakfast this morning that Mateo was definately on the bench in place of Latimore.
It makes sence actually. There would have been an injury cloud over Tim Mannah together with DA's want to have at least one Prop on the interchange bench. Once Mannah proved his fitness, Latimore out and Mateo in.

Tigers enforcer Keith Galloway has a small fracture in his hand but completed training. Daine Laurie is on standby. The Eels had their final hitout last night. Feleti Mateo and Kris Keating are definitely out and will play for Wenty in the NSW Cup tomorrow on the Central Coast.

Just typed it out myself with the paper in front of me.

HJ is delusional. The poor bloke just believes what he wants to believe. Ando officially added Mateo as part of a 5 man bench yesterday.

Ha Ha, we can argue till we're blue in the face about whether he'll play or not.

All I can say is that as much as I loved being at last week's game against the Warriors. I wish I was at tonight's game instead. All the hype is just reinforcing the fact that I'm a long way away.

When you're watching Parra give it to the Tigers at the ground or live on channel nine, just take a moment to ponder on the fact that we in Adelaide have to wait until midnight to see it, or if we tape it, tomorrow.

Poor us
