The beauty of this year's game plan

This year's game plan provides a great opportunity for us now - as the team lifts in intensity through the next few weeks into the semis, and hopefully beyond (and I've dared to dream), then the solid level of play, good line speed and heavy defense will be magnified, giving the basis for a real crack at the title.

The only thing that still worries me is a sense of aimlessness in attack, otherwise I expect the team to be able to rely on the solid base of settled game plan multiplied by intensity.

I intend to ride the tiger all the way to the Premiership.

I'd like to think that we haven't peaked too soon, and have held the view that we've been playing below our best for most of the year. The last fortnight has seen other teams lift and now it's our turn, and the timing is perfect. Glass half full I know.

Tonight against Souths is a good litmus test.
