Previous years NZ have dominated between WC and choked at the big stage. This time they aren't doing well so who knows what might happen. Sacking the coach won't do any favours.

theres nothing wrong with the coaching staff... its by far the best on the planet. anyone that actually knows RU would crawl over broken glass to get a coaching team like thar for there national team.

South Africa are just a very good side atm. We were in South Africa's position from 2005-2007 before losing in the WC.

Atm, we are still trying to find the right combinations for 2011 so in a way these tests don't matter in the long run. I certainly don't mind losing these tests it's what we take out of these games and finding out who is and isn't up to the big occasion.

I certainly don't mind losing these tests it's what we take out of these games and finding out who is and isn't up to the big occasion.

Hmmm. Since our only win in the inaugural World Cup, which was minus SA, and despite years of domination, we've yet to find a team capable of stepping up to the big occasion.

What's going to change this time?

By keeping the same coaching staff which will be the first time that a coaching staff will be taking us to back to back world cups. They would have learnt from what had happened from the last WC.

And btw, it's not hard taking sides stacked with quality all blacks to Super rugby titles.

How quickly you forget it was Deans and Deans alone that cost the All Blacks in 2003 his decision to play Rangi at centre instead of a fit Umaga cost the Alll Blacks the game.. so Henry and team have lost the same amount of World cups as Deans has....

And lets not forget... Deans has not set the world onfire as coach of the wobbilies...

The All Blacks have always peaked mid world cup... now they can build towards peaking during a world cup.

this coaching staff have won 5 tri-nations in a row... they have never lost the bledisloe cup... they whitewashed the lions... they have won 2 european grand slams... they have a 87% winning record.

And anybody who thinks that way is dreaming.... seriously... no team can go undefeated all the time, not that the AB's ever did... you do know that they have lost 3-0 or 4-0 to SA several times over the years... this is just another of those times...

And if you look closely they DO peak between cups... and then find it hard to maintain that level for the next two years... SA will be the same.. they wont be able to hold this team together that long... The All Blacks are just a couple of players short of being back to their best... Williams will be back, smith will be back and Haymen should be back as well...

Graham Henry has failed to deliver what really matters and that's a World Cup. He was lucky to get another chance after his team was knocked out in the 1/4ers last time.

No doubt this great coaching team will get the same treatment all the other failed coaches got if they don't bring home the bacon in 2011.
