Ok im going to open up this weeks' thread with a one liner about how i think all sides are going thus far

FTR, i'll be spending my labour day monday infront of the box watching NFL all day

AFC:
Bills: better than i expected, but still not good enough
Dolphins: without Pennington their season is over
Patriots: Brady's rust, and so too are the Pats
Jets: Sanchez is the business.
Ravens: Bad news for the AFC. Ravens find an offense
Bengals: One play away from 3-0. Didnt see that coming.
Browns: Are on the clock
Steelers: SB hangover is tough to shake
Texans: Still no D, still no hope.
Colts: Inexperienced Wide outs? No worries when P.Manning is throwing the pigskin.
Jaguars: MJD cant do it all
Titans: Finding ways to lose, tough road from here
Broncos: 3-0 but lets see them play a quality side
Cheifs: Cassell is a bust. Big time.
Raiders: 4.3 dash times are no good when you're QB cant hit a target
Chargers: Doing just enough to keep on keeping on.

NFC:
Cowboys: Romo just isnt good enough
Giants: Manning looking very good. Prized secondary banged up is a worry.
Eagles: Who knows... Wait and see when McNabb is back.
Redskins: Need to find a way to get Portis back into the game
Bears: Cuttler showing why they wanted him, if Forte clicks into gear, look out.
Lions: won a game, improvement already!
Packers: Might do better if they stopped letting D's rough up Rodgers.
Vikings: Peterson's team with the occasional miricle from Farve. Dangereous side.
Falcons: Picking up where they left off last season. Play off bound no doubt.
Panthers: Cant win football games with 3-4 turn overs a game.
Saints: Brees is still a gunslinger, D has improved dramatically. Might be do something this year
Bucs: Wonder who they'll take 2nd over all?
Cardinals: O-line problems not allowing them to be the offensive machine they are capible of being.
Rams: might beat the Bucs to 2nd over all
49ers: Michael Who?
Seahawks: Need Hessellbeck back ASAP.

I'm stoked the Broncos v Cowboys game is the Fox game on Monday morning. Doesn't get much better than that, especially if the Eels win Sunday afternoon.

The AFC are starting to dominate again with the Colts and Ravens looking deadly at the moment. Only the Giants pose a real threat from the NFC IMO.

i agree, at this point the AFC are dominating, but its only week 4.

Saints, Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Bears, Packers, Vikings, Cardinals all have the talent to make an impact on this season.

The Jets V Saints and Patriots V Ravens games are going to be absolutely awesome.

Yep Saints - Jets will be an awesome game. I think the Saints will bring that defense down a couple pegs. BTW for the Eagles i actually think Kolb has looked pretty good, Celek was a steal with the way he is performin at the moment. At this point Baltimore is the choice team for the AFC and Giants for the NFC, should the Saints get to 4-0 the game against the Giants will be massive!

I agree about Kolb, he made me eat a fair bit of humble pie, he's proved himself to be NFL starter quality, infact i think he's a better QB than alot of starters this week. Potentially our next franchise QB, but at worst he's a capible #2 which is great news for Eagles fans

WOW Sanchez is getting BEAT THE f**k UP! by the Saints.

INT return by Sharper for 99 yards
Sack/Fumble returned for TD

OUCH! 2 Defensive TD's in second quarter

Damn the Broncos just made a dumb call on 4th and 1.

That was a perfect time to do a hard count and try draw the defense off side as time was running out in the 3rd.

Yep the Saints basically gave Sanchez a late welcome to the NFL rookie, 3 picks, 4 sacks and a forced fumble, 2 of which resulting in defensive touchdowns. BTW Sanchez is a dirty prick for taking out Vilma's knees on that Sharper return so he got what he deserved. All in all a pretty good game which the Jets defense did an excellent job of shutting Brees down, 2nd consecutive week he has thrown for under 200 yards and 0 touchdowns. Though the story of the day is how good our defense is this year. Bring on the Giants!!

Broncos defense holds the Cowboys out to move to 4-0. A lot of people hated on McDaniels for the Cutler situation but he is making them eat their words at the moment. They have transitioned to the 3-4 brilliantly

And Orton is playing pretty darn well

Low risk, 20/28 for 192 and the game winning TD to Marshall.

Dawkins has made a huge impact leadership wise as predicted.

They are the real deal.

Orton played pretty well for the Bears last year and the big thing is that he is a McDaniels player whereas Cutler wasnt. Along with the Bengals they are the surprise team thus far
