Kick missed

HT penrith 14-6

Parra very flat. Very few offloads which seems to be the gameplan. Penrith very enthusiastic and being rewarded for it.

Inu much better than last week. Morts went off with a bad head cut. Hayne with a 60m drop out and an 80m as well, but gave away a try in goal badly. Poore average. Shacks good and dropped one on the line but has been at dummy half too often (and even fui was once).

Great crowd for a trial!

Big blokes warm to a season. Better to be "Poore Average" than "Poore Poor"
i.e; according to the Standard and Poor economic view...

Panthers will be lucky to make the 8. They have enthusiasm tonight but a lot of that is coming from the young guys.

Was at the game but had to leave after three quarter time. Parra were playing a lot of one off the ruck footy and when they tried to pop a few off loads they hit the deck or were knocked on.

KK came on for Morts after he copped a bad head knock. KK played ok but did come up with some dusty sixth tackle plays.... when we got to them.

Poore and Shack looked like they were short of a run but Fui I thought was our best on field before I left. Made a heap of strong hit ups.

For me Inu looked completely disinterested. Was moved to fullback when Hayne was rested and looked like he was more interested in what was happening in the crowd. At one stage instead of watching a kick roll over the sideline tried to be cute and stood with his feet close/on the line and flicked the ball back over his shoulder. Called out by the ref.

Burt, B. Smith and Grothe tried hard. Grothe still knows how to throw them heart stoppers on our own goal line. I don't know if it was just me but I didn't see Hindy or Mateo out there.

All in all poor performance. Hopefully getting it out of the way in the trials....

If the execution is poor but the effort level good, I am happy. We have flogged sides in the trial but lost our first five, so let's wait a few weeks.

Parra flat, panthers very on tonight. Have been in our face the whole time. Could have been a much bigger scoreline... We've had 7 or 8 drop outs I reckon. MK went down with what looked like a rib injury but back on now.

Lol, as I type panthers in again
