I find it funny, no HILARIOUS, that you lot can bag Kimmorley yet he was the best player you've had for the past 8 years. He led you to equal first on the ladder and came closer to a premiership than any other half back you've ever had.

kimmorley was brought to win the comp. he didnt do it. as a result we lost preston campbell who won it at pennys the season after being sh*t canned by anderson.
he tried hard but his best was rare. the rest didn't warrant his pay cheque. and when it came to the crunch at cronulla he didn't deliver. 02,08 we have huge opportunities with him at half. 08 especially against an undermanned melbourne side and whilst he wasn't alone he was indeed pathetic.
and then last year. had a good year.
well. until it all mattered the most.
he's not exactly clutch.
it was time for a change anyway.
however Barrett was never the answer. but he was signed before bird and the 2 ref rule change. as a result the game is now different to 08.
ricky and the team took 10 weeks to adjust. very poor.

oh and our members are up on last year after 5 wins, 2 sackings and various booting by the media (thanks four corners) . dunno how you could say the fans have abandoned the team.
