Rugby League Manager game

Very innacurate... Luke Lewis was the best halfback in one of the editions, in the most recent one Maurice Blair is rate more highly than a fair few forwards such as Thaiday, Myles and a few others.

Great concpet, but we need someone with a comprehensive home based knowledge to do it rather than a person from the UK who probably doesn't have the information as us.

If it can be edited like football manager that shouldnt be too difficult to do. If someone had the inclination and time.

The Football Manager series is incredible, can be frustrating but very very impressive.
If a developer with some pedigree and league knowledge had a go at the idea it would be very cool but worth a crack at this, I've been looking for similar for a while.

If it's free to download and play, you have no right to complain.

It's constructive criticism more or less. If someone with a broader, more detailed knowledge of the NRL did it, it would be an awesome game. It's still good as is and a great idea, but it's hard to really get into the game unless each player is in the right position, with close enough abilities and so on.

Played the 2009 version for a long time, I loved it.

Will be waiting for the 2011 version rather than d/l-ing the 2010 one, as the 2009 suits me fine whenever I want to play.

The only problem with 2009 was that you could only play in the ESL (presume you can play NRL in 2010?), so I ended up buying heaps of players from the NRL anyway.

Tip for 2009 - James Graham, Sean Long and Leon Pryce are probably the best players in the game, so it's a good bet to play with St Helens lol.

It's only constructive criticism if you made an attempt to personally contact whoever made this game. If you did so I stand corrected, but you if didn't it's pointless simply posting your opinion in a public forum.

If anyone was interested in trying a rugby club manager, hit up rugbymania.net

Not like the Football club manager, similar to hattrick or battrick if anyone plays them. You get your own team, play a league game once a week, pick and choose training etc.

Great little time killer

Isn't that what we do here most of the time?
