1st Meeting

• Attendees: SaintTPP, Macca, Cooperman, OurRedV, Dennis, Mitch, Taki, The Major & Family, Steve (Wendoll), St.Linnane, Tony
• Dinner - $356.20
• Organisational structure was discussed, including: Not for profit organisation / community group - Awaiting advice from accountant
• Bank account (approached St.George Bank) - Will feature multiple signatures, and have an online facility for deposits.
• Scarf: As all are aware, we are awaiting the 2nd sample. Once this arrives, we will confirm with a picture online and then place a group order for immediate supply.
• Other merchandise: Discussed wristbands and headbands (like the boys wear now out of a flag) quote will be obtained for these items and further discussion to take place.
• Flag invoice was viewed by all in attendance from last seasons group flag order
• Discussed other events and functions we can put on. Week of the 2nd bye, an event is being planned - more details to follow
• Bus trips to Canberra and Newcastle discussed. Possibility of ticket prices being lower than previous years.
• All meetings are an open forum, with anyone welcome to attend. Some subjects that are discussed at the meetings will remain private for the benefit of all and to prevent any possible legal issues arising.

Hopefully everyone understands that if you want to be involved, you are welcome to attend these outings / meetings and we will let you know when the next meet up will be.
