I don't disagree, but 2009 was a great year for rookies.

2010 has still introduced us to some wonderful talents who I feel will have successful careers in the NRL.

According to Big League the only criteria is that you can't have played 3 games before this season. Theoretically, you could have made your debut in 95 and only played 3 games, made a return this year and still qualify.
