I'll go for the Roosters if the Tigers lose tomorrow, otherwise hope they get smashed. Be good to see Smithy win a comp finally, but I don't savour former coaches the same way I savour former players, for coaches it's really just a job for them and doesn't matter who they coach.

Actually Terry Fearnley coached Parramatta Reserve Grade from wooden spooners to Premiers in 1975...

If Smith wins the GF i will re-think whether him choking at the Dragons and Eels was actually him or the mentality of both clubs off the field.....first time he hasn't been at a basket case........i think they are in it up to their eyeballs regardless of the victor tomorrow!

Brian Smith did alot of great things at Parra and alot of our good times in the last 15 years were when BS was here. I doubt you would hear too many bad words about Brian Smith and his influence on the Parra Club. But I still think BS passed his 'use by date' with the Club and it was best for both parties that he moved on, probably a couple of years before he ended up doing so.... He has a different level of enthusiasm at the Roosters than what he had at the end of his time at Parra and that is obvious from the way they play... good luck to him, but Parra wouldnt be going that much better if he was still here in my opinion....

He never choked at the Dragons. Those Brisbane sides in '92 and '93 were awesome and well above the rest.

And honestly, he didn't choke in 01 either...Newcastle were excellent and we had a very young side...and that's the last I will speak of that night!

I don't really dislike any team, but granted Roosters, Dragons and Tigers don't rate very highly compared to the other 13 teams......however, I'll cheer for whomever plays and congratulate whoever wins
