oh.. the Reebok - I think they only used that for maybe 2 seasons (1995-6), then along came SL...

Mind you, I have a soft spot for the shark-fin design from just a few years ago.

Oh, and if Penrith change their home jersey to the 'allsorts' design, then they should bring back the 1970s vertical stripes as their heritage jersey:

For one thing, it'd be unique :)
Every now and then you'll see a bloke at Penrith Park (or whatever its called these days) wearing this striped number which by the looks of it is an original.

Great history piece but some things from the past are better off left in the past.

On the topic of the Panthers heritage jerseys. I'm surprised they've not used this as a based for a heritage jersey. Reckon it'd go down a treat with a bit of "modernising".

if they changed the white to beige, and added side-panels, I think they may get some attention from New Zealand Cricket...

In terms of home jerseys, the only clubs likely to change that can change would be warriors I think. Everyone else either doesn't change or will be in the 1st or 2nd year of new designs

there is a 3 yr period where you can't change your jersey again after already doing so.

But teams can obviously have the jersey for longer then 3 yrs.

Important to note away jersey rule is only 2 years I believe, and can be 1 if you really beg the NRL (see Dragons alternate 2011 for example)

Brisbane
Home & Away - changed in 2010. Will remain in 2012

Canberra
Home - known to be changing
Away - no known changes at this time, but they can change it

Bulldogs
Home & Away - changed in 2011. Will remain in 2012

Cronulla
Home - new in 2010, will remain 2012
Away - new in 2011, will remain 2012

Titans
Home & Away - new in 2010, will remain 2012

Manly
Home - new in 2009, can change in 2012
Away - new in 2011, will remain 2012

Melbourne
Home & Away - new in 2010, will remain in 2012

Newcastle

Away - new in 2010, can change in 2012

North Qld

Away - new in 2010, can change in 2012

Parramatta

Penrith
Home - same general design for four seasons, can change in 2012
Away - new design 2010, can change in 2012

Dragons
Home - Red V won't change
Away - new design 2011, will remain in 2012

Rabbitohs
Home & away - designs unlikely to change

Roosters
Home & away - new design 2011, will remain in 2012

Hope it does change, it looks as though McDonalds designed that one themselves.

It was manufactured before McDonalds got on the jersey actually.

Even then it's probably one of the best alternate jerseys they've had
