It says the dogs have offered Hoppa $400,000 a year, where does that money keep coming from? The Dogs each year have bought a ton of quality players but we can't even re-sign our own.

I don't understand it myself. Surely Graham would put them right on the salary cap? There are a few teams in the market for players who must surely be close to the cap? Saints, Souths and the Dogs come to mind.
