Don't know how much Fulton is on but I'm guessing it will be less than what they would be paying for Blair, I would be keeping Fulton as Blair isn't a massive upgrade on him.

I have no idea how the Roosters could be under salary cap pressure. No mention of St George, Canterbury and Souths when it comes to the salary cap, and their squads are far stronger then most of the other clubs in the comp.
