Apparently Tim Sheens met with Ryan Cross last week and Stephen Humphreys has confirmed it.
Joel Reddy and now Ryan Cross... why are the tigers so interested in signing more centres for next year when we already have Lawrence and Ayshford ???
I would of thought that it doesnt take a brain surgeon to realise that a decent fullback and halfback is what we should be aiming for !!!

What is the point of this? Cross is past it, not a regular Wallaby from my recollection and at best just after a top up to his retirement fund. WT should not entertain the thought. I'd rather they save the dollars and look to develop some youngsters, either from WT or outside the club, keen to take the NRL opportunity.

WT already have some 'old heads' there- Farah, Marshall & Tuqiri, so that excuse to sign for 2012 is not really valid.

We need young raw speed to cash in on the chances Marshall creates, not a 32yr old experienced centre, surely Reddy is all we need in that category.

Cross if signed I imagine will play mostly for Balmain Ryde he is not good enough and too old. We have better young centres and wingers in our 20's than that has been Cross.
