If this is how you justify being able to get pissed while still being able to throw rocks at Carney for having a couple drinks then more power to you.

There's no need to get emotional Danish.

Deep down you know I'm right.

No emotion necessary skeepe.

You, and plenty of fans like you, enjoy drinking and undoubtedly get pissed regularly. You, like plenty of fans like you, jump up and down like a little girl with a skinned knee when Carney or any player not a part of your club has even the most minor piss weak incident of all time.

The fact that you can say with a straight face that whether or not you are an alcoholic can be based solely around your occupation is laughable.

lol Carney had thirty incidents at our club. We know what its like when a Carney alcohol incident happens. He got fired from the Raiders because he refused to stop drinking, he is facing similar issues at the Roosters RIGHT NOW !!!!!!

What do you mean he doesn't have a problem.

Big diference between serious driving offences, running from police and getting into legal trouble compared with having a beer at a pub then going home.

If he is sacked from the club (which from what I hear he will be) I'll be very disappointed that the club could be swayed so heavily by the media and would even lend any weight to the opinions of a bloke like Minichello when it comes to drinking.

Apparently our senior players will be deciding.

Yes I agree but lets remove his issues at the Raiders and boil it down to why he was fired. He was offered a plan to get back on the field after basically running amok and acting like a huge dickhead (pissing on people etc). One of those was to quit drinking and he refused. It was why the Raiders had to fire him.

The Roosters rightly or wrongly put the club under an alcohol ban which he breaks. To suggest he doesn't have problems with alcohol is crazy.

Do I? I can't remember the last time I was pissed, but thanks for taking an interest. I do enjoy the odd beverage from time to time, and on the occasions when I have been drunk it's never, ever led to any criminal charges, nor have I ever made a promise to anyone that I won't drink, nor have I ever admitted to having an alcohol problem.

The fact that you can say with a straight face that whether or not you are an alcoholic can be based solely around your occupation is laughable.

Based on his occupation? I never said that, and the fact that you think I did clearly shows your comprehension skills are severely under-developed.

What I said was that the difference between Todd Carney and the rest of the mindless idiots who get plastered every week is that Todd Carney continues to drink despite having the knowledge that there could be severe repercussions for him because of it. Todd Carney continues to drink despite acknowledging that he has a drinking problem, and telling the world that he needs help dealing with it.

That is what I said, but please continue to read whatever you want into my comments, whatever helps you justify the fact that you're defending a bloke who is an absolute cancer on your club.

Obviously the real issue here is that these fellows think its cold enough for jumpers and jackets but too warm for trousers and shoes.

hahaha
yep..Frank needs some style advice as well.
Those shorts combined with that jacket is a sackable offence in themselves.

Roosters fans, you club needs to sack him. Not because of this indiscretion but because he will continue to be a cancer to your team and club.

You really believe 15 clubs will line up for his signature? I am pretty sure the Raiders won't, the Broncos won't, the Storm won't, the Bulldogs won't, the Dragons won't and if any clubs did line up for his signature, just sit back and laugh at them as they go through the train wreck that is Todd Carney.
