That Ennis dive was diabolical. He should be sanctioned for bringing the game into disrepute. And then shot

Didn't even watch the second 40 due to it being so slow/boring/dogs playing like last year. Lost a lot of structure in attack when Hodkinson went down but ffs get rid of Eastwood and bring some spark on with Taupau already!

Played a bit like the Dogs of last year, the ball handling was diabolical at times. And they looked devoid of attacking ideas at times. Hopefully with Des at the helm they don't repeat next week

Dogs have been woeful and it's only 14-0. I reckon the Knights will be flat out making the 8.

If the Knights are flat out making the 8, does that mean that Souffs get it's prized ninff position?

You do realise the Bulldogs are a very good side. A team doesn't fluke beating a full-strength Dragons side 30-4. You guys will be lucky to win the Good Friday clash

The Knights took control of the game from the very beginning and never gave the Dogs a sniff, unlike the Sharks who bombed 7 tries against us. Even at 14-0, we were never going to choke under Bennett like we did in last year's corresponding match when we led 22-6.

By far our best performance so far this year and our best defensive performance for quite some time. Our defense has come a long way over the last few years. Even during the Johns era, we still had a habit of leaking a lot of points despite scoring many.

I know this is a cliche' but I think this is a danger game, for some unknown reason when we play an undermanned Knights squad they come out and play like world beaters.

IMO if we underestimate them we will get humiliated, we especially have to keep an eye out on Boyd and Uate who tend to have great games when they play us.

Dogs by 4

Crowd of 21212.

*Sigh* :(

I knew it, every single time ! EVERY SINGLE f**kING TIME WE PLAY AN UNDERMANNED KNIGHTS OUTFIT WE LOSE !

FFS I even got the crowd right !

Anyways, good game knights; your team thoroughly deserved the win.

oh and Buderas will get the nod for origin.

.
Aint that funny - the Broncos on Friday night were WOEFUL and down
12 - 0 to the pride of the league- the difference, in the end though Bunniesman - is that GOOD teams can either overcome that woeful start and run down ORDINARY opposition - like the Broncos actually DID - or hold onto that lead and even INCREASE it like the Knights did !
.
I reckon the Rabbits will be flat out making the 16.

Even as a Knights supporter myself, that's a bit optimistic. You don't think Ennis the Mennace will get the nod ahead of him? Either way or another, we can definitely rule out Robbie Farah. I'd like to see both Buderus and Ennis picked, so they can be rotated throughout the match as I'm not sure if Buderus can play 80 mins at Origin level.

And btw, the crowd was actually 21,701. Very good guess though.

That was a really good win. The Bulldogs did drop a lot of ball, but the Knights' enthusiastic defense played a big part in that as well. It was always going to take the side a while to click when Bennett took over but I think there are some good signs there.

Buderus, Mullen and Snowden have been outstanding.

Newcastle were just way too good for us today, from the first minute you could see they were up for it and they never gave us a sniff. We can't win em all and we just gotta bounce back from this next week.

Snowden really stepped up to the plate today with a lot of good metres. Mullen had a very good game, just that one blemish where he kicked out on the full. Buderus....looks like those 3 years in the SL really have done him the world of wonders. You wouldn't think he was 34 yrs old out on the field today. He seems a hell of a lot more energised than he was in our final year with us (2008) before he left. Maybe the weight of the captaincy/leadership really took its toll on him.

Given that you folk are playing the Titans and the absolute rabble they're in (both on and off the field), I'm very confident you guys shall have no problems achieving this.

This will most probably be another good bump in r26. You obviously don't watch a lot of footy as was seen with your Parra to beat Penrith prediction. Did you see Parra against the Cowboys last weekend??? They are possibly the worst team to play NRL in living memory. You do realise that?

There's no point trying to argue logic with Goldenrod. It's akin to bashing your head against the wall repeatedly.

Just have a LOL@5(c)uff$... you know you want to.

Or maybe the dispute with B.Smith affected his game?
