Mitchell Pierce was awesome today. The Roosters fans were more plentiful and more noisy than I thought they would be. Took my wife and kids to the game and they thought it was easily the best game for a long time.

Most people have worked out the OP is a merkin but the real laugh in this thread has been the actions of the Souths fans. Seriously do you wonder why half this forum laughs long and hard at your team?

Errr I thought it would be pretty obvious.

You guys did the exact same thing to us ( scoreline + minutes) in Round one and Souths fans copped a lot of grief about it. I think there were a few Roosters crowing about how only Souths could lose a game that way.

You guys did play great today and it would have been a very harsh loss. I know how it feels so my condolences, but don't pretend you don't understand why Souths fans want to rub it in a little.
