I would say Elliot is the worst judge of talent i've seen be involved in the game. I don't actually think he's that bad a coach but he LOVES the nuffies like no other coach. Wouldn't surprise me if he had Nathan Smith on a 350k contract. I'll never forget when he said David Howell was a future rep star :crazy:

We had a similar situation with Dougie and Snowden but gee that is a lot of money to have in two front rowers when blokes like Ben Ross are killing it on the NRL minimum.
