Cue the Mr Merkin crying baby pics.

I don't care how long we have to wait. The day the toads lose will be the day he runs down a hole and never appears again.

On the back of that Inglis knock on, we will get Ennis for game 2.

hmmm...it was a try. Im not 100% the Farah led with his foot and kicked it out, but thats what it looked like, especially on slow-mo. Im glad that it didnt decide the game.

Anyway well played NSW. Your forwards were great - you guys got so much go forward - QLD was on the back foot most of the game. Left side attack was also great.

Thanks jennings and birds' brain explosions for getting QLD the win.

my MOM was Tate. They should clone the buggers DNA i tell ya!

Farah played at the ball. Get the f**k over it. Consider it a square up for Hayne getting away with a cheap shot on JT if anything.

I couldn't give a f**k if people post crying baby pics. It was a joke. Imagine if that was the try that decided the series or the grand final.

Yuk.

I didn't think it should of been awarded. That being said, if Slater tries to prevent a try with his foot he's the grubbiest merkin in existence

Eric Grothe's try in game 3, 2006 was the worst try in the history of origin

Not clear on the rules but either way it either had to be a try or a penalty Qld and Farah binned.

I'm guessing it was the same rule as when a ball is punched out by a tackler and regathered by the attacking player then its not a knock on (i.e the attacking player hasn't knocked it on, the defender has). I wasn't sure what way it would go but figured we'd get the try on that premise. It didn't decide the game thankfully.

We could argue that the Uate try was benefit of the doubt at best too. But at the end of the day that could have gone either way (with the decision being hate knocked it forward into Boyd) and I have no issue with it being awarded.

Inglis never had possession of the ball in the first place though... he attempted to pick it up and fumbled it forward on to Farah's boot while doing so, before he had control of it. Cannot compare the two scenarios.

Even if Farah kicks it out it goes into Inglis's arms and then goes forwards, which is a knock on for any idiot Queenslanders who don't know the rules.

You can cry about the decisions all you like. Look how far it got Gallen!!?

Farrah kicks the ball into Gregs Arm. Who clearly did NOT play at the ball. Ball is free to be picked up by any teams for play on... OR Farrah attempts to prevent a try with his feet. Should have been an 8 point try then?! Pick one loser.

I always say, if you don't like getting bad calls made against you in Rugby League. Score more tries or DONT PLAY!

This game seriously has to go back to the concept of ball control. Put a hand on a ball and forcing it down is not a try. Having the ball in your hand and putting it down with control is the way to go. It wouldn't slow the game down as we wouldn't have to sit through countless replays adjudicating a try that seriously may not have taken any skill to obtain.

Let's get back to some basic concepts of the game that should not be preverted in the pursuit of more bucks.

It was the derpiest looking derp of a try that was ever derped by the biggest derp to ever pretend to derp for Queensland.

Derp!

Bwhahahahaha !!!

Tears of joy knowing full well that the Queensland forwards are going to have heart attacks in Game II, my Northern born nameless beer guzzling maladroit lepton.
