I'm not at the game but nrlstats.com says Lussick is the only Manly prop with 100+ metres. Also the only one with any offloads (two).

He's also got 17 tackles, 3 one-on-ones and zero missed. Sadly, he has an error and conceded a penalty.

Anyway there's over ten minutes to go so plenty of time left for him to f**k it.

You're right, but they tell a fair portion of the story, and they don't bullshit the way people do. Stats are completely unbiased so they're a great place to start.

That's right Manly were behind when he was benched.

Im sure I saw 3 other blokes sitting on the bench during that time as well. Clearly it was Lussick and had nothin to do with then Manly team as a whole playing shithouse. It must be lonely watching games on nrl.com. Keep those stats coming.

My objective opinion is that he doesn't possess any skills that are not already over represented on our team. And definitely not worth big money.

You don't reckon he's a big strong merkin who dominates in the tackle (something that can't be measured by stats)?

he also made 102 meters of 12 hit ups when only 2 other forwards (buhrer and Galovou) passed 100 and the pathers smashed them in meter gaining by 250+ meters in the match.

I'm not a big stats guy either, they can be very misleading but avg 8.5+ meters a run generally indicates a solid running game (esp with no line breaks). If he came cheap (120-150K max) he is worth it, not worth the reported 275K per year but other have reported he will be on less then Shak so he is an upgrade form that IMO.

from what i understand it's a bit less than the 220..a season.

that IMO is too much max I would be spending on a player like him in 170 with maybe some bonuses depending on performances or amount of matches played but wouldn't be signing him up for that because guys like Peni Terepo could do that role for much less and someone like Fui or Poore would stay for not much more.
