Correct. Have you ever been to Italy Ian? You haven't lived until you've eaten pizza in rome

I've been to Italy with my church parish on World youth day 2005. Had the best quatre fromage pizza (4 cheese piza) ever.

Interesting little place I found at Broadmeadow. One called "Pizza N Pinball". A Pizza shop with Pinball Machines in it. Next week I'll grab one on my way home from work. Always seems to be something about Pizza from independant outlets.

Sopranos Pizza at Emu Plains was the shizzle. Shed a tear about 6 weeks ago when I drove past, bloody place had burnt down.

Now its home made in the webber. Takes a bit of time but the results are well worth it, the only way I have ever managed a crispy base at home.

Went to a new place in Neutral Bay a few weeks ago called Three Addictions Pizza.

Best pizza I've had. Very Italian. Refuses to put pineapple on their pizzas out of principle.

Try the sausage and broccoli pizza...

Im Italian. We always make our own home made pizza from scratch (Even the tomato sauce base), fresh oregano. Everything. Yes they are square, rectangular in shape. They are purely amazing.

I made some last night and am eating the left overs today.

Can't complain about my local Eagle Boys, though some others I've been to have been average. Love their meatlovers, plenty of topping and they don't back off with the sauce either.

Make homemade once a week, apart from lack of crust crispyness (for some reason I want this on my HM pizza) can never complain.

I've made home made pizzas with all sorts of bases but about 2 years ago I encountered some bases at Aldi. They are in the bread section (there are others in the chilled section) and they are rectangular fluffy bases with a tomato "infusion" (for lack of a better word). They are soft (but not soggy) under the sauce and topping but very crispy on the egdes. No other base I've used for homemade pizzas comes remotely close to these.

The best pizza i've ever had from an independent is a little shop on the Pacific Hwy, Lane Cove called San Remo's Pizzeria. They do the best Chicken Avocado pizza that I've ever seen.

I think I know the place...is that the one where they shot Fat Pizza ?
