I personally think Doust has done a great job holding onto so many quality juniors. The Grand final they won contained a Shite load of them in Young, Hornby, Cooper, BMoz, Nighty, Gasnier, Prior, Creagh, Scott, Hunt, etc. Not many clubs can boast to have that many juniors in their top squad. Saints have let quite a few go but they have not really come back to hurt us appart from JMoz. His priorities are in the right place. He could have gone out and bought from other clubs but that would have meant he would have had to lose some of the guys mentioned above. I think only the Bronco's have a better record in keeping their juniors but they are in QLD and don't need to compete with as many teams as the Dragons do in Sydney.

I think Craig Young may be the problem seeing no player managers like dealing with him.

Advertise for what? Doust isn't going anywhere. It's one thing to speculate on players etc but even to a layman like me it's clear as day doust will be here until he decides to go

Mark Coyne would be my CEO as I think he comes across as a smart business man who would have plenty of pull when it comes to snagging quality players eg maroon players. This is ONLY IF Doust CANT bring Belamy to our great club. Its time for change

Brian Johnston would be my tip if Doust was to be replaced. Doust only came in because Johnston had to leave for medical reasons but he is now fully recovered. Brian was doing a great job before that. I heard Brian Johnston's name just recently being linked with some CEO job.
