So she has run splits of 10.21s..10.17s..and cruised to the line in 11.05s..

She's a massive mare & has such a high cruising speed that i doubt 61.5kg would stop her..

She breaks good horses at the 3 furlong pole,so nothing is ever close enough to make her feel weight in the last furlong..

Bernborough won his Newmarket with the equivalent of 63kg's so i reckon BC could win with 1.5kg less..

Decision made on Black Caviar's next outing

Leading trainer Peter Moody has ended speculation over champion sprinter Black Caviar?s next autumn target.

Black Caviar took her record to 23 from 23 with her comfortable win in last Saturday?s Group I Lightning Stakes at her first run since connections decided to continue her career after contemplating retirement following her controversial trip to England for the Group I Diamond Jubilee Stakes (6f).

Part-owner David Taylor floated the idea of running Black Caviar with 61.5kg in the Group I Newmarket Handicap on Sky Racing on Sunday morning but Moody said a discussion quashed any thought of tackling the Flemington sprint.

Moody said connections had agreed to set Black Caviar for the Group I William Reid Stakes(1200m) atMoonee Valley on March 22.

Black Caviar was one of 34 nominations for the William Reid Stakes, which closed on Monday afternoon..

The peanut gallery will be out in force again,saying Moody is avoiding the challenge..
