It goes to show why the right to not self incriminate is so important. Wade Graham by sitting there saying nothing did the most sensible thing a person can do in such situations. Let the people prosecuting you make the case without your help.

ASADA will now have to rely on new legislation in parliament to force Stephen Danks to co-operate with ASADA. I hope this time they clarify the terms of cooperation.

I was involved in a process some years ago where I was expected to attend an interview, answer questions, without actually knowing what the case was in relation to.

It was in relation to a minor issue at work.

It is a denial of natural justice. I told the person as such, and walked out of the room. He accused me of being uncooperative. I accused him of having no concept of process.

The Sharks players have every right to respond in exactly the same way.

As a Sharks fan I want those accused of cheating to show some courage and assist in the investigation. Being accused of cheating in sport is the equivalent of a pedophile in society.

Some of you guys have completely missed the point. The interviews were done as a courtesy more than anything else. This won't just go away.

This next week is going to be huge.

Mark my words, charges will be laid within the next week.

Really? courtesy only.

On that report, three players named. Okay issue infractions. Do it. Do the same to Elkin and the four terminated staff. Just do it, please.

Fine the club, hard to do much more when the report confirms the Board was not informed.

The big issue for the four terminated staff was they took to long to do something about what it is alleged the sport scientist was doing and did not report it.

In part I have to agree with him.

The club stands accused of going rogue. The NRL signed up to ASADA's rules. They are obliged to follow them. We need to hope that it is just a fine.

The big issue for the four terminated staff was they took to long to do something about what it is alleged the sport scientist was doing and did not report it.
What really matters, is if those below the board go rogue, without the boards knowledge, does this constitute systematic doping by the club? If so, we are in a world of shit since they can ban the club for up to two years.

Is it a case of the club doping as opposed to individuals doping. That is the most important question as far as I can see.

Ask your girlfriend at the Tele, she will have an opinion. Just make sure it's before 6am. It's all a blur after that
