1. Buy Kindle, iPad, or Kobo or whatever
2. Go to torrent site and download books

So easy

I'm not against their use; I just don't believe in the idea that its better. There's something about holding the book itself that appeals to me.

I do like the feel (and smell) of a book, but they're not particularly practical given this mobile lifestyle I prefer to lead.

I've got about 15-20kg I'd like to lose. BMI suggests I go even farther than that, but given my build - I think I'd like weird without some weight to me.

If I went by BMI, my perfect weight is 78kgs. That in all honesty just isn't happening, my shoulders are too big as is my arse (even when I'm small I have a barge arse). My fighting weight is 85kgs which is my target.

Same here with the shoulders. I'd look weird with a stick thin waist and these shoulders.

Your situation I get. Makes perfect sense.

I'm at 72 now. I am happy to be 76-80kg's, as my chest is quite weak so I anticipate at that weight I'd be in the right zone.

BMI, sadly, ignores body shape.
