Security were standing there looking at the rubbish being thrown. They told them to stop, then stood there while more was thrown.

My understanding is that any throwing of projectiles onto the field results in an immediate removal from the ground, and possible banning.

We play them again at Kogarah in round 21.

The Dogs have tried really hard to fix the crowd issues. I respect them for that. A small proportion of their supporters are total garbage. It's a poor area and their supporters aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. That's cool. It's footy not science. They know that and have tried really hard to fix it. The last Dogs game I went to was a real family affair and had a great atmosphere. But this fringe they have. It needs to be expelled.

I just posted this in the Dogs forum. It was a fair analysis. It will be interesting to see how they react. It will tell a lot about the mindset of the supporter base. It is a disgrace. You can't ignore that.

I was in my usual seat on the other side of the stadium watching in disgust as St merge supporters let off flares and put the safety of families and kids around the area in danger!

On the bright side... The drive home to Monterey was sweet!!!
