Decided, given a rare mid week day off and the god awful 3 degree fog and rain we're having in CBra, that I would finally watch the GOT season 1 DVD I've had for like five months

So what you're saying is if you don't post for another 10 hours, don't be worried?

So after three days of non talkies and blessed silence, the Missus now wants to talk out our argument from Sunday, tonight. f**k!

Is there anything worse than a "talk about our issues"? Hour upon hour about how she was right and I hurt her feelings and should apologise when really, I was just making a point and standing by my convictions.

I was actually quite happy with the silent treatment. Now I'm dreading going home.

"You can be right or you can be happy" - Steve Harvey.

Sometimes just taking one for the team and saying you're wrong even if you don't really think it will do more good than insisting on your point.

But you can't always say you're wrong when you're not...It's about balance. Then you come off weak and ignorant. If he's right, he stands his ground. It's okay to lie and admit you we're wrong rarely. Else, you're giving her the power and she wins.

Anyway, relationships aren't about who's right or wrong. It's more than that.
