Why? We can pay someone to spend part of their week training. They certainly can't stop us paying the bloke...the question is simply whether the rumoured $50k p.a. counted against 2012,2013 salary caps or not at all (which is likely), and if so whether it would be added back to the 2014 cap expenditure (unlikely but possible).

I think signing Prior could be a mistake. He would want at least $250K. he is very one dimensional. I heard Lasalo is doing very well at prop for Wenty. I'd rather give him $150K and save some coin for a rainy day.

I think vidot is a very underated player. Quick, huge and strong.

Having said that, semi and sio being good the past few weeks. If semi could put on five or six kilos next off season, he'll be a machine.

I reckon Ricky is looking at vidot as a forward - the dragons were turning vidot into a forward this year and he was playing in the forwards at the cutters . Then he was recalled into the top side in the backline which I am assuming is because they have had a few injuries in the backs.

good try he scored tonight. Showed he liked getting his nose over te white line.

But I can't help thinking if dragons are shopping him around then they might be wanting to get rid of him for the same reasons the raiders didn't want to keep him.
