Send off vs Going on Report

Don't pretend to know the reasoning behind current rules so correct me if I'm wrong:

But would it be better if a player was sent off (5/10 minutes whatever) at time of incident, no judiciary etc instead of putting incidents on report?

For example, JWH tonight, obviously led with the forearm, clocked McQueen in the neck with an elbow. In post game interview said he could be out for next 2 final games.

2 reasons I have for sin-bin > judiciary:

1. Wouldn't it be better if Souths got the advantage as it was their player who copped it?
2. I want to see a team field its best players. I want to see Roosters lose in the finals with JWH, not without him. It would be an anti-climax.

Could, say, video refs do the job for 99% of judiciary hearings? And leave the really dirty plays for the judiciary, i.e. Gallen pulling stitches, Burgess abusing genitals etc

Thoughts?

Nothing in it.. Judiciary should clear them. Jwh wasnt intentional. If they get charged then judiciary members need to be sacked.

I agree.

It looked worse on slow motion than what it was. It was awkward, but doubtfully intentional. The refs handled that whole situation (including Burgess' niggles) perfectly. Judiciary might suspend him because it's JWH though.

I agree that the bin should be able to be used the case of report as well.
but I do not agree that JWH should have been sent or binned
