Neil Henry...why? I don't see it, to be honest.

As for Stuart...I know he has a daughter with special needs, but he knew that when he signed with us. At least be man enough to admit you wanted out for whatever your true reasons are.

I just hope all the people who are f**king this club over can have a good long hard look at themselves.
In saying that, some of the efforts our players have put in this year have been inexcusable. I'm so over the Eels.

Suity, the merkin has no idea. Best thing to ever happen.

Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reckon this move is better for both us and Canberra.

Sticky has a poor record as a development coach, but he can get a strong squad over the line. Canberra has a strong squad and we don't.

Win-win.

I am not sure if any North Queensland supporters rate Neil Henry as any sort of coach, be it in development or exacting results from a strong squad.

From what I have seen on LU they are more than happy to see the back of him.

I wonder how quick the club will push out the announcement for the replacement, given Stagger was told their was a contingency in place.

Sticky said:
Stuart confirmed he would be leaving the Eels late Wednesday night in a phone call to chairman Steve Sharp.

“The period I’ve been with the Parramatta Eels has been extremely challenging, not only for me, but for many people like Steve Sharp who clearly have the best interests of the club at heart,” he said.

“I sincerely hope the stability the club is entitled to will soon return and reward those people who have genuine commitment and passion for the Eels.”

Piss off Roy and your 3P cronies.

I knew this f**king ego maniac piece of garbage would do this. He is a myth. f**k him.

IF he has gone, it's disappointing.
It can't be good for his CV. Roosters, Sharks and now Us he has left in a mess. Not blaming him for our mess, but the pattern of walking out/not taking responsibility is becoming regular.
IF Ricky has gone, so be it. My full support will be with the next coach.

We definitely haven't been going forwards for a long time - will the next coach be able to manage any different?

The next coach may well be slightly more professional than the last four but no doubt it will give you another opportunity to tell us how bad Kearney was I am sure.

Ricky had a shocking year in 2013, but I honestly believe we need stability more than anything.

Now we need yet ANOTHER coach to take the reins of a squad he didn't assemble and start from scratch.

I'm so sick of the amateurish way this club is being run.

Having said that, if Stuart didn't want to be here, there's no point keeping him.

I knew the prick was lying on the night he gave that presser two weeks ago when he was first asked and plenty laughed at me.

Now laugh you dumb merkins.

The club is in ruins and Sticky did nothing but add to the downfall of the whole club. his done sweet f**k all, all year, he can talk the talk but he cannot walk the walk.

He'll be welcomed with open arms down there, I just hope his aware that he has a sizeable uphill battle there to so if the going gets rough for poor little Sticky he can survive it.

Ricky Stuart has quit Parramatta to return to coach Canberra.
After weeks of speculation, Stuart has activated a get-out clause in his contract with the wooden spooners and will return to the club where he made his name as a premiership-winning halfback.
The former NSW mentor has been tight-lipped about his future but it’s understood that family reasons, coupled with frustrations with a divided Eels boardroom, have prompted the move.
Raiders directors met to discuss the coaching position prior to Wednesday night’s presentation night and it’s understood Stuart was preferred in favour of outgoing Cowboys coach Neil Henry, Raiders interim coach Andrew Dunemann and Kangaroos boss Tim Sheens.

“I sincerely hope the stability the club is entitled to will soon return and reward those people who have genuine commitment and passion for the Eels.”
Stuart informed Sharp about the decision on Wednesday night. ‘‘It’s effective immediately,’’
Stuart’s manager John Fordham said. ‘‘It ends speculation about his future at the club.A three-year deal with the Raiders is expected in coming days.

To be honest, I think he's done a pretty good job with the cleanout this year.

I just hope the f**king board don't take over retention while we're between coaches.
