Personally I think it's a good appointment. Hopefully the good chairman can clear the air so there is a productive work environment. Otherwise we will be having this conversation again in twelve months time.

I will keep my thoughts on Taylor to myself but the board structure as it stands has made this appointment toxic from the start. Until that situation is corrected either internally or externally we will continue to suffer from media speculation about the role.

If there is an issue rolling around at the moment, then it is Hoppa and JT.

I have no info , but there are ongoing noises that the signing could be unsettled by the appointment.

Hope that is not the case, but the Bullscum and Cleal/Hasler do have history on screwing other clubs

All came about because John Hoppa said he worked with Arthur during the year at Manly and liked his style. Though I think young Hoppa has shown he may listen to his dad but he also have enough of a say for himself. It's all a Delboy beat-up
