Im looking for a roughie to fill a place, plenty of these horses are in the 6/1-7/1 range for a place, not really interested in trying to find the winner tbh.

I think Super cool has the form at Moonee Valley and a much better chance if there is plenty of give in the track. I'm also starting to think the maiden might give a sight with 49kg. If you have a good look at its last two runs in the stutt and the guineas, they were both quite phenomenal.

I'd also be very wary of Green Moon. Needs a WFA race like this for his stallion resume. Strange prep but they have shown they can get horses ready for the grand final. I think this might have been his grand final all along, not the Cup.

There all bagging that maiden Shamus Award for getting a run in the Cox Plate but he was actually HUGE effort in the Caulfield Guineas, something like that can fluke a place at big odds with the right run.

Green Moon seems to save his best form for Flemington..

He has run some good races at the Valley, but i reckon he prefers the bigger, roomier tracks..

If IAD reproduces his last start effort, taking a forward position & accelerating off it, then he's going to be extremely hard to beat..

The AJ formline is the strongest one this Spring IMO..

Long John should run a cheeky race with no weight..

I left buffering out. Had the other two. Had a decent whack at lucky nine due to the massive overs. Thought he was home at the 100. Grats to connections of buffering. What a warhorse.

Put $10 on Puissance De Lune @$10 a few weeks back, agree it is not great value at ~$4 though. Tossing up wether to have a bit ew on either Green Moon or Super Cool.
