Cook the sausages without oil. They should probably release enough fat to cook the eggs in anyway. If not, just enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan

I should add I generally drink scotch straight. I usually stock up on whatever single malts are on sale for under 60 or 70 tbh...I have expensive tastes on a bachelors budget :lol: If nothing is on special, The Glenlivet is a handy single malt for $50 odd or I'll go a Monkey Shoulder or a Dimple 15yo.

There's nothing wrong with Black or Chivas. I just think they're middle of the road and overpriced. That said Black and Double Black are easily the best of the JW range

I agree that Black and Chivas are middle roaders. They are the lowest quality that I'll drink straight. Anything below that will get mixed with dry or coke.

I've never tried double black. Got a bottle for Xmas but I've got half a dozen bottles of chivas left over from the wedding so I'm working my way through those first.
