    myself and 12 lads from work did GA for the Cowbs game, we had choice of 3 bays in the NW corner, 2nd tier. We went 533 on the night. I would estimate all 3 GA bays were only 75% populated, so peeps in that area didn't turn up or like you're saying, they just don't sell 100% of the...

    Both stands looks very much like QCB's west (corporate side) and east (basic pleb side) from those designs except the lower east rake at looks like it will be a little shallower, probably keeping the current concrete steps and putting new seats in?

    20k stadium specifically built for an EFTE roof vs 85k stadium with a retro fit.......... the cost would be ridiculous. This still doesn't resolve the absolute shitful view for 70% of patrons.

    Roofed stadium will require fake turf......... Unless you want to throw another bazillion dollars at a roll in style pitch like Arizona and LV........ ontop of the roof construction. This idea needs to be shot into the sun IMO.
